These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the TAEL Electronics and Appliances website at https://taelappliances.co.ke (the “Website”), and the purchase of products from us.
By using the Website, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referred to in them — our Privacy Policy, our Delivery Policy and our Returns and Exchanges Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.
1. Definitions
- “TAEL Electronics and Appliances”, “we”, “us”, “our” — The Andersons Enterprises Labels Ltd, a company registered in Kenya, trading as TAEL Electronics and Appliances. It owns and operates the Website, and it is the party you buy from.
- “You”, “your”, “customer” — any person using the Website or buying from us.

- “Products” — the appliances and other items we offer for sale.
2. How the Website works
The Website is a catalogue, not a checkout. It shows you what we stock, what it costs and what it does. Orders are placed by phone, on WhatsApp, by email, or in person at our shop in Juja Town. You cannot pay through this Website.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 to buy from us, or have a parent or guardian acting for you.
Acceptable use. Please use the Website lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with anyone else’s use of it.
Accuracy. We work hard to keep product information correct, and we check specifications against the actual item wherever we can. Even so, we cannot guarantee that everything on the Website is complete, current and error-free at all times. If a detail matters to your decision — a capacity, a measurement, a wattage — please confirm it with us before you buy and we will check the item itself.
Changes. We may change or withdraw any part of the Website at any time.
3. Prices
All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and include all applicable taxes. The price shown is the price you pay for the item. Delivery is quoted separately and agreed with you before you pay — see our Delivery Policy.
Prices and availability can change without notice. If a price on the Website is wrong, we will tell you the correct price before you pay anything. We will never ask you for more money after a price has been agreed with you.
4. Buying from us
Placing an order. Contact us on +254 790 713030, on WhatsApp, by email, or come to the shop. We will confirm the item is in stock and give you the total cost, including delivery, before you pay.
When the sale is made. A sale is concluded when we have agreed the item and the total price with you and you have paid. Showing an item on the Website is an invitation to enquire, not an offer we are bound to accept — we may decline an order, for example if the item has just sold or the price shown was wrong.
Payment. Payment is made directly to TAEL Electronics and Appliances by the method we agree with you when you order. We do not process card payments through this Website and we never ask for card details.
5. Delivery
Delivery terms are in our Delivery Policy. We deliver countrywide, and the cost is agreed with you per order based on the item and the destination.
6. Returns, exchanges and warranty
Our Returns and Exchanges Policy sets out when we will exchange an appliance, and covers manufacturer warranties. Please read it before you buy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAEL Electronics and Appliances is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website, including loss of profits or data.
Our total liability to you in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Indemnity
You agree to hold TAEL Electronics and Appliances harmless against claims arising from your misuse of the Website or your breach of these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
The Website, its content and its features belong to TAEL Electronics and Appliances and its licensors. Our name and logo may not be used without our written consent. Product names, brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information, and your rights under the Data Protection Act 2019.
11. Links to other websites
The Website may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date it was last updated is shown at the top.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
If something goes wrong, please talk to us first — most things are settled with a phone call. If we cannot resolve it between us, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya under the Arbitration Act 1995 (Cap. 49, Laws of Kenya), and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
14. Severability and entire agreement
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. These Terms, with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Website.
