TAEL Electronics and Appliances takes orders by phone and WhatsApp. There is no online checkout, and that is deliberate — appliances are not something people should buy blind. Talking to us first means we can confirm the exact model is in stock, check it will fit where you want to put it, and agree the delivery cost with you before you pay anything.

Buying in the shop
You are welcome to come and see the appliance before you buy it. We are on the JKUAT Main Gate Road in Juja Town, and you are welcome whether you intend to buy that day or just want to compare two models in person.

Delivery
We deliver countrywide. The cost is agreed with you when you order — it depends on the item and where it is going.
Two things move the price: the appliance and the distance. A fridge, a cooker or a washing machine takes more handling than a kettle or a blender, and a delivery far from Juja costs more than one nearby.
We do not publish a single delivery charge, because there isn’t one that would be honest for every order. We would rather quote you the real figure for your appliance and your location than advertise a number we would have to take back. Whatever we agree with you is what you pay — we will not change it afterwards without speaking to you first.
Checking your appliance when it arrives
Please check the appliance before the person delivering it leaves. It takes two minutes, and it matters: our returns policy runs on what you find at this moment.
- Confirm it is the right model, size and colour
- Look over the outside for dents, scratches or cracks
- Switch it on and check it works

Getting the appliance into your home
Please tell us in advance if access is difficult — narrow stairs, tight corners, an upper floor without a lift, or a road a vehicle struggles with. It is also worth measuring your doorway against a large fridge or cooker before it arrives. Ask us for the dimensions and we will send them.
Installation
Delivery does not include installation unless we have agreed it with you.
Gas cookers, water heaters and air conditioners should be fitted by a qualified technician. If you would like us to arrange installation, ask when you order and we will tell you what is possible and what it costs.
